Grocery Scrip Team

Team Leader: Kathy Apadaca

Team members sell grocery scrip (gift cards to King Soopers, Safeway, Vitamin Cottage, Sunflower Market, and Sprouts) after each service. This is a unique and growing part of our fund-raising effort because it allows people to contribute to the church without spending any extra money on groceries.

Each card gives 5% back to Columbine Unity, but costs you the same. Selling scrip is also a very good way for people with limited time to be of service to the church because it can be done regularly or infrequently. It involves sitting at the scrip desk after the first or second service for 1/2 to 1 hour, selling scrip, and keeping a simple record of transactions.
