Concert Team

Team Leader: Susi Davis

Volunteers for the Concert Team join "As Needed" per Event with no regular weekly or monthly commitment. The commitment ranges from 3 weeks prior to the event and/or only on the day of the event. There are no more than 6 events per year.

Volunteers needed are:

• Help set-up the tables & chairs before event
• Help with the drinks table
• Sell CD's
• Collect / sell tickets prior to the event
• Help put away the chairs and tables and do general clean up after the concert

For larger "Sanctuary" Concerts, we would also need:

• Someone to do PR and get the word out to media
• Create the Concert Flyer and/or Posters
• Post the Flyers/Posters around the Boulder Metro Area
• Call area churches and cooperatively market the event
• Help with the food / refreshments during intermission
