Love in Action: Sacred Service at CUC

When we engage in sacred service, there is a tremendous opening that occurs in us and in our lives.

Charles Fillmore, the co-founder of Unity, once said "Giving carries immeasurable benefits with it, for it loosens us from the personal life, unifies us with the universal, and so opens our inner and outer life to the grace of God."

In service, we open to the Divine potential within, bring it forth, and experience the awesomeness of God expressing in and through all! Whether you put your love into action here at CUC or in the community, you will experience an opening and deepening of your spiritual life.

If you are feeling guided to engage in service as one of your paths to spiritual awakening, we invite you to spend some time exploring the Love In Action Handbook located at the Activity Center and various locations around the church. In addition, the Groups & Teams section of the website lists the details about each group.

These resources will help you discern where to offer your gifts that will bring you joy and enrich the CUC community.
