Sunday Mornings

Everyone is welcome to attend our Sunday Services:

Sunday Worship, 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Nursery Available for infants at both services.

Children's Church for all ages during the second service.

Directions to Columbine Unity

As you arrive for Sunday services, greeters will meet you in the lobby of the church. You may ask them any questions you have about the church and pick up a welcome packet.

The dress for church runs the range from jeans to blazers and dresses. Being in Boulder, we are mostly a casual church. If you wish to come dressed-up, especially for special holiday services, you will also fit right in.

Services last a little over 1 hour.

The service consists of a minister's greeting, greeting your neighbor, children's story, music by the Columbine Unity Choir or guest musicians, talk by the service assistant, sermon by the minister or assistant minister, offerings, announcements, and Unity closing songs.

We are a church that enjoys socializing together. We have refreshments after the service, downstairs, below the sanctuary. Everyone is invited.

During the second service, children may sit with their parents for the first few minutes of church. They will then be welcomed up at the front of the sanctuary for a story or discussion. After, they are led downstairs to their classrooms the the remaining part of the hour. Please sign your children in to class in the lobby before service begins. After service, please pick up your children before standing in line to greet the minister. Teachers may not leave until all children have been signed out. You may then bring your children upstairs to say hello to the minister with you.

A quiet room is available in the back of the sanctuary for families with infants who become fussy during services.

Letter from Reverend Scott

What would you say that you get out of Sunday morning services? Between the music and the spoken word you may feel inspired, nurtured, uplifted. It’s great to be reminded of our spiritual nature in the midst of a world that seems so real and compelling. Maybe you like connecting with friends; fellow questers on the path. In whatever way Sunday’s impact you, it becomes clear that worship offers us powerful support as we walk our path.

Join us as we grow, deepen and connect.
