** Please bring a mat/pad to lay on, a blanket and pillow for your comfort, and water.**
Join Gregg Wilkins as he facilitates, through sound and energy, an evening of Gong Baths. Gregg has performed as a percussionist and sound sculptor in the United States, Netherlands, Germany, England, Brasil and Tibet and we are so grateful for his facilitating our May First Friday event!
