Feet Forward
As we are warm in our homes, we remember there are those who do not have a home nor adequate food. If you would like to help feed them, we have been invited by the director of Feet Forward, an all-inclusive, non-profit organization in Boulder, providing services for individuals experiencing homelessness, to participate in their hot meal service once a month. On the !st. Tuesday of each month we come together at Columbine to prepare food that will be taken to downtown Boulder to help those in need. We need donations and volunteers for this ongoing community outreach program. Coleaders are Lisa Tousignant and Dave Abbott.

Wednesday Meditation Services
Meditations are offered in a hybrid fashion every Wednesday at 7pm. Anyone can attend either in person in the Columbine conference room or via Zoom. The plan is for the meditation time to last about an hour, opening with a prayer, followed by various meditation practices and closing with a prayer. There will be different meditation leads rotating each week. A love offering will be accepted in support of Columbine but is not required. Use this Zoom link to come join us, connect with your heart, the love that you are!

12 Powers
Do you know your own innate power? According to Unity teachings, we have (at least) 12 Spiritual Powers or abilities that we are using all the time in consciousness, whether we are aware of them or not. Based on your feedback during our strategic planning process last year and the direction of the spiritual education strategic team, one Sunday per month in 2023 will be dedicated to one of the 12 Powers. The Sunday talk during service will be about one of the Powers, and there will be a short (30 minutes max) Q&A after that service for you to go deeper or get questions answered about how you are using that particular innate Power. Join us for the first of the 12 Powers, the Power of Faith, on Sunday, January 22. Stay after the service in the sanctuary for a brief discussion. Discover how you are using your Power of Faith in consciousness all the time.

Path to Belonging
Most people have a basic need to feel they belong. Being part of a spiritual community can help you gain that sense of belonging. We recognize, though, that it’s up to each individual to develop connections in order to feel like they belong to any community. To help you connect and gain a sense of belonging, we have created our Path to Belonging, which includes a list of suggested spiritual activities. These are meant to help you grow, learn Unity teachings and develop relationships within Columbine.
Path to Membership
If you are looking to step into that next level of commitment to Columbine Spiritual Center, our path to voting membership is a list of required spiritual activities that we feel are a minimum every voting member needs to complete. Columbine is a self-supporting ministry, which means it takes many people to operate a community of our size. Voting members are committed to ensuring our community is sustainable by providing their time, talent and treasure to Columbine. When you devote your time and financial resources to Columbine and understand our teachings, you will feel a greater sense of belonging and feel more supported, which can change your life for the better in many ways.
