Wednesday Evening Meditations🕖 Wednesdays at 7 PM MT (Online)

Join us for a peaceful midweek pause with our Wednesday meditation group, meeting weekly, currently on Zoom only. Each session lasts about an hour and includes an opening prayer, two silent meditations (15–20 minutes each) with a short break between, and a closing prayer.

All are welcome to drop in whenever you feel called—whether you’re brand new to meditation or a longtime practitioner.

We will continue meeting online for the next few months. Any updates about returning to in-person gatherings will be shared in advance.
