Among those resources are the reading materials and the talks and little pamphlets like the one i reference in the video. But the greatest resource is each other. One of the joys that I discovered in this place is that at any moment I feel like I can talk to any person and be in a conversation about the highest possibilities in life. Looking at Old Things in a New Way

New Thought is New Wine

In Matthew 9:17, Jesus advises his listeners to not put new wine into old wine skins. It is a metaphor for not trying to conform his new teachings to their old worldview. Basically, he was trying to get them to see that it was pointless. In the above video I talk a little bit about this concept when it comes to what we’re learning with New Thought.

Going forward, I will be doing more video up here. I tried before but I couldn’t get it to work. My prayers were answered today. I’d love connecting with you all on what was presented today. In future videos, I will focus on each of the powers from Charles Fillmore’s book, The 12 Powers of [Hu] Man[ity]. I added the brackets. I’m excited to keep learning with you all.

It was the 12 powers from Charles Fillmore‘s book the 12 powers of man that gave me a language for Prayer. I didn’t like the old skin aging for Prayer and the besieging of an outside entity. It’s through the 12th powers and a teaching from Reverend Linda Martello, which said that allowed me to actually truly become a rare Chaplin and I’m very grateful.
